Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
In Verde, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm to permanently delete your account and associated data. If you cannot access the App, you can also email the address above to request deletion.
How do I report or block a user?
On any post, comment, or profile, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Report or Block. We review the reports we receive, and a blocked user can no longer interact with you.
How does Verde use my health data?
Your Apple Health (HealthKit) data is used only to power the features you turn on; it is never used for advertising and is never sold or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I change the app's language?
You can switch the app's display language in Verde's Settings.
